Schlager Open Air Maspalomas 2027

Privacy policy

1. Controller

Markus Gaal, Avenida de Tirajana 39, Edificio Mercurio, Torre 2, 1.º B, 35100 Playa del Inglés (San Bartolomé de Tirajana), Las Palmas, Spain. Email: markus.gaal7000@gmail.com, phone: +34 623 448 444.

2. Interest list (pre-sale alert)

Data we process: name, email address, phone number (optional), number of tickets you are interested in, where you are coming from (island or country), preferred language, and the date and time of your consent. Where present, also the campaign parameters of the address through which you reached the website (see below).

Purpose: to let you know when the pre-sale for the Schlager Open Air Maspalomas 2027 opens. We also analyse the origin and ticket numbers in aggregated, anonymous form (for example, how many people would like to travel from Tenerife or La Palma) to plan the event and possible travel offers. No personal data is passed on to third parties such as airlines.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

Retention: we keep the data until the event has taken place and delete it no later than three months afterwards (that is, by 2 April 2027 at the latest), unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Campaign parameters: if you reach the website through one of our ads or links, the address may contain campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content, for example “facebook” or the name of the ad). When you sign up, we store these parameters together with your details, as well as whether the address contained a Meta click ID (“fbclid”), but not its value. This shows us which ads bring in interested people. No cookies are used for this and no data is passed on to Meta. The legal basis and retention period are the same as for the rest of the interest list data.

Abuse protection: to prevent automated mass sign-ups, we briefly store an encrypted check value (hash) of your IP address when you submit the form. The IP address cannot be recovered from this value, and it is deleted within 24 hours at the latest. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Hosting and database

This website and the interest list database are operated by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) as a processor. The database is restricted to data centres in the European Union. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. Where data is transferred to the USA in the process, this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

4. Cookies and Meta Pixel (only with your consent)

Without your consent, this website does not set cookies or load any analytics or advertising tools. Your choice (accept or reject) is stored only in your browser (local storage, “localStorage”), without any personal data, so that we do not have to ask you again.

Meta Pixel: if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice, we load the Meta Pixel, a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland). It lets us measure how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform: which pages are visited, whether someone joins the interest list (with the number of tickets, but without your name, email address or phone number) and whether the WhatsApp button is clicked. For this purpose, Meta receives usage and device data (for example your IP address, browser and the page visited) and sets cookies (such as “_fbp”) in your browser. If you have a Meta account, Meta may link this data to it and also use it for its own purposes, as described in Meta’s privacy policy (www.facebook.com/privacy/policy). We and Meta are joint controllers for the collection and transmission of the data (Art. 26 GDPR); Meta alone is responsible for any further processing. Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA; such transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 22(2) of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services, LSSI). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; from then on, the pixel stops sending data and we delete its cookies on this website.

5. External links

The Google Maps and WhatsApp buttons are plain links. You are only taken to these services when you click them; from then on, the privacy policies of Google or WhatsApp (Meta) apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to withdraw your consent. A short email to markus.gaal7000@gmail.com is enough, for example to be removed from the interest list. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
